amazing customer service
When I went to wear these boots I was so excited because they were beautiful but the zipper was off track and would not zip. I called customer service to process the return and both associates I talked to went above and beyond to help with the issue. I will continue to do my shopping with Nordstrom’s even though we do not have one in our state.
