Refund the payment error immediately.
The customer service is absolutely terrible. This site should go out of business. It’s a scam. Refund me immediately. I’ve contacted an agent five times and nothing has been resolved. This site is insane.

I did not believe this could be so large, until I ordered it. The pattern is beautiful and the gray is nice. However, the sleeves were super long, and it's like your grandfather's sweater (think: long in the torso and arms, with def extra width). But, the itchy quality of the wool was what really surprised me because Vince's wool is normally gorgeous. If it was just oversized but had a nice feel to it, I would have kept it. With the amount of scratchiness, even a t-shirt underneath did not help. It went back to the store. Too bad! I had high hopes for it.

Love the length and weight

I love this sweater for its quality, it has weight to it. As a previous reviewer noted, the sleeves are quite long so cuffing is necessary for sure. I am usually an XL, but found I could have used a L. I couldn't believe the price point with an added 40% off! I would have given 5 stars except I thought the sizing was off.
