Size small measures 50 inches around
The description says the blouse is oversized. It should say it’s a tent. This top is unbelievably wide. I’m 5 feet 5 inches 118 pounds and wear size 2 or a small. You could wear this at 9 months. Maybe it’s supposed to be in the maternity section. I don’t know. Nice thin, breathable summer cotton. Pretty colors.

Nice lightweight top
Great blouse for those of us in hot climates who don’t want to always show our arms. It is very lightweight (almost sheer but I decided I don’t need a tank under it, which would defeat the purpose). Definitely size down. I’m usually a medium or large in tops and I have plenty of room in a small. If they’d had an XS I would have tried it on as it would probably have been fine too.
