After a lifetime of searching...
This bag is perfect. I am 5' tall and have tried many, many crossbody bags, hoping to find The One. First of all, it is proportioned correctly for a woman my size. Secondly, it has room. Third, there is a zippered section for wallet and other valuables. There is a back wall zipper inside as well. A back slip pocket. Room in front, under the snap, for extra facemasks and other necessities. I bought the black first, then bought the caramel/brown colored one. Honestly, I couldn't be happier.

Color Not As Advertised
Does this color look anything like Carmel Crisp? Check out the photo Nordstrom Rack put on the website. This is more of a washed out peach. 1st time a color was so misrepresented, to me anyway.

Versatile bag - great for COVID times
Here’s what I love:
The deep outer pocket so I don’t have to dig inside the main compartment for my phone or keys with “dirty” hands.
It’s big enough to stash a hat and gloves inside.
The other big outer pocket with the zipper.
The fact it converts to a tote.

Gorgeous crossbody bag
I love the bag size, color and feel. The only thing is that when I fold the bag to close it at the top it doesn't look like the picture. Therefore, I don't close it and wish it didn't need to be folded to use the magnetic clasp.
