Unacceptable
They come without any box, just in a thin plastic bag like trash. They have scratches, and glue is coming out where the sole meets the shoe. The leather near the zipper looks worn and damaged. The top of the boots is very wide and does not fit snugly around the leg — and my legs are not small. They are not new. The size chart on the website is incorrect — size 7.5 equals EU 38, so if you are a 7.5, you should order size 7 instead. Overall, I would not recommend buying them even at a discount. The quality and shipping are unacceptable.

leather upper tearing after two wears
I was very excited to find a seemingly high-end boot with a zipper closure. However, during just my second time wearing this boot, the thin leather upper near the toe has torn. I didn't scratch it against anything sharp, so I can only conclude this is a shoddily-constructed boot. I would not recommend at all.
