Arrived damaged. Do not buy if Final Sale!
The boots arrived with multiple scuffs and scratches and look used. Despite this, Nordstrom will not honor a return or exchange since it's a final sale. Buyer beware - do not buy final sale as you'll be stuck with whatever is sent regardless of the item's condition!
