Cecile Square Toe Pump (Women)

I like the shoes but I am very disappointed in Nordstrom. Shoes were $150. Designer shoes And arrived without a box, they were in a cheap Nordstrom Rack bag. It was extremely frustrating to have several large stickers on the bottom of each shoe that were difficult to remove and left extreme sticky residue. To top it off, the price stickers on the shoes said they were $94.99 which was significantly less than what I paid. Obviously, no one checked anything or cared. I doubt I will ever shop at Nordstrom Rack or order from them again. I’ve always had excellent service from Nordstrom but they definitely disappointed me this time.

Mine came in nothing more than a plastic bag, and had already been retured another time given there were stickers placed over the original stickers and all the sticker resedue was still on the leather bottoms on the shoe. They could not even put these in a box or even the dust bag, just thew them in a bag, and that is how they will recieve my return, in the same bag. Thanks a lump Nordstrom. Just lazy and rude. Pay the extra money and get it on the vendor site, at least you will get a new shoe with respectful packaging so you dont recieve them damaged.

I guess that these are on a super big discount, but my shoes were definitely used. They came with scuffs all over them. I know other people said that, but I thought it couldn’t be all of them but it is!! Sizing info in the reviews is right too-usually an 8.5 and ordered an 8 and fit nicely, beautiful shoes but if I WANTED TO BUY USED SHOWS I WOULD HAVE and you can’t even complain to Nordstrom with a final sale item
