I was genuinely excited about this purchase and looking forward to receiving it. Unfortunately, when the package arrived and I opened it, it was completely empty—aside from a note thanking me for my purchase. I immediately contacted customer support by phone to report the issue. The representative informed me that a case would be opened and that I would receive follow-up communication via email. Two days later, I was shocked to receive an email stating that my claim had been denied and that a refund or replacement would not be issued. This outcome is deeply disappointing and entirely unacceptable. I paid for a product that I never received, and the lack of accountability and resolution from customer service has only added to the frustration. I sincerely hope the company reconsiders its policies and takes steps to make this right—for me and for future customers.
