Fresia Low Top Sneaker (Women)

I recently purchased a pair of Valentino by Mario Valentino sneakers from Nordstrom Rack, and I couldn't be more disappointed. I got them last night and, while I was initially unsure about them, I thought maybe my discomfort was just from a long day at work. However, after trying them on this morning, I realized that these sneakers are, without a doubt, the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn. I made a special trip to the Miami Nordstrom Rack to return them, hoping to get my money back. I explained that I had only try them at home this morning. To my dismay, they refused to accept the return, claiming that they could tell I had worn them outside. I was genuinely frustrated, as I had never worn them outside. The customer service at this location was not helpful, and the experience only added to my disappointment. I can't stress enough: do not buy these sneakers! Save your money and look for something more comfortable elsewhere. The hassle of trying to return them only added to my regret over this purchase.
