Buckle was deflective. arrived broken
This was a christmas present for my wife. Upon opening the present and trying on the belt, the small knob that goes into the belt came off. we tried to screw it in and it would just come off. I don't even have an order number nor does the purchase show in my "purchases." If someone could help, I'd appreciate it.
