Cute shoes poor packaging
Shoes are cute. Seem to be returns based on being shipped in a steve madden box with no top. I realize this is nordstrom rack, but expected better.

Received Used Pair
I was excited to receive these shoes, but apparently someone else got to enjoy them first. They arrived with no tags, no original packaging, and were tucked into a shoe bag inside the box like they had just come back from a weekend getaway. The bottoms were dirty, and the shoes had visible stains. This was not a “new shoes” moment. This was a “why am I receiving someone else’s return?” moment. What makes it worse is that now I’m expected to pay $9.95 to ship back a pair of shoes that should never have been sent out as new in the first place. Very disappointing experience from Nordstrom.
