Had to replace due to manufacturing defect

Light weight, well thought out. But one shoulder strap was not properly stitched/anchored so it disconnected at one end. Returned and replaced with new one. I carry my $3K camera in it; good thing backpack didn't fall to ground when the strap broke off!
