Ada Clip Dot Cotton Top

Sent me the wrong item, which looks very similar to this top but is not the same - the one I was sent came with makeup stains around the collar and a white stain on the shoulder, obviously worn. Can't believe Nordstrom Rack doesn't cover return shipping costs when they send the incorrect and/or damaged, stained, worn items (which happens quite often, in my experience). It's not convenient for me to return this obviously used, incorrect item to a store in-person.
