Used and Dirty
The shoes I received were worn, damaged, and dirty. The shoes can only be purchased online so in order to get another pair, I have to return them to the newest store (one hour away from my home) to either get a refund or re-order a replacement. Why would Nordstrom Rack resale used and dirty shoes to customers the first place. That’s disturbing and disgusting!
