they sent me used ones
I’m writing this review for the second time, because I was even more disappointed, I ordered these wonderful boots for my baby, and Nordstrem decided that it could sell used items to its customers! When I contacted Customer service, they offered to return it, and also charged me $10 for the return sticker, is this normal?

Poor quality
After one wear these pink UGGs are discolored. It’s not like this 6 month old walks. Not sure it the color change is from carrying her or from the car seat but the pink UGGs are no longer pink. ☹️ Beware.
