arrived damaged, customer service not helpful
boot arrived with stains on it. called customer service to try to exchange. they couldn’t because it was out of stock. did not offer any other remedy besides having them dry cleaned and reimbursing up to a max of $40 for the dry cleaning. this is ridiculous. these are Uggs! I paid $200 to have stained shoes.
