Too cute Tulip
I was in the store retuning something and saw this too cute to be hanging skirt! Grabbed it and I’m so glad I did. So feminine and twirly. Great for my Summer wardrobe. It runs a 1/2 or Full size large so size down. The waist looks smaller but that’s a plus!
