Linen Blend A-Line Midi Skirt

The quality of Ted Baked has declined in recent years. However, this piece is an exception. Fabric has a heavy weight with a flowing cut that moves beautifully when walking. This skirt is lined (would compare to something that is a very thin but not scratchy crinoline). Heavier than a slip but does not add bulk. I think this what allows the skirt to have the beautiful flow while walking. I did find this ran a bit small. I am usually a 2. The two was a no way. The 4 works but when I tucked in a heavier tshirt it was too tight for my liking. If you want a snug fit, buy your regular size, if you want it to sit a little lower or tuck in heavier shirts, consider sizing up as the fabric has no stretch.

Quality is good, but a little heavier than I expected. I thought it could be a hot summer piece for its print. But it might be too warm for over 80F. I gained weight recently so sized up to size 2. I feel conformable in a tiny loose side. And maybe because I sized up, it is a little longer than normal midi skirt too me. I am 5'5. Due to its weight and length, I am inclining to return.
