Great arch support
This is a lovely, classic pump with great arch support . I have a very high arch, and it is rare to find a dress shoe that has adequate support. The heel height is very walkable. I did put in a heel pad because all shoes that don’t tie tend to slip on me. I will say that the toe box is pretty snug, and this is not a shoe that I could wear for an extended time, but it’s comfortable enough for a dinner out.

Inconsistent sizing
I am a true size 8.5 narrow. I was very disappointed that the 8.5N was large in this shoe, and they 8N was really small and tight. It seemed like it would be comfortable, if only they had go the sizing right.

Elegant shoe--runs big
Really lovely shoes. I got the black suede and didn't see that they had a patent leather heel. Really lovely detail (my young adult daughters were eyeing them). They run quite big which is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars. I normally wear a 9 1/2-10 and I ordered 9 1/2. I could have gotten a 9. Will keep them and put shoe inserts in the heels.
