Ruined
First, it took weeks to receive it. Next, I can’t even keep it because there’s makeup & stains all of this (and the top). This is a $139 pant! And the clasp is loose. I wouldn’t have paid $10 for this. Do the employees not look at the outfits before they ship them?!

Defective Closure
Not too happy with Nordstromrack today. First, my order takes almost two weeks but I understand with the issues in California. Then, I get this beautiful outfit with a defective closure on the pants. I have to return my pants to the store and will hopefully get a pair of pants with a proper closure. I’m paying for someone not doing their job!
