I wear a size 24 and usually my pants in a 24 are loose. I read the review about the skirt's being small but figured it would probably fit me since I can wear a 23 also. I was wrong, wrong, wrong. The 24 is exactly 24 inches in the waist. I didn't measure the rest of it because I took one look at the waist and knew it would not fit. Otherwise, it's a cute skirt. The wash is a nice color but quite light.

I purchased this cute skirt in a 29 waist. Normally a size 28-29 or 6/8. The skirt I received ran 1 1/2-2 sizes to small in the waist. I wish sizing could be trusted especially when ordering on line. I also ordered the matching Med. vest and it fit TTS. I ended up returning both the skirt & vest.
