Wrong color sent.
The box I received which was to match the medium size I got last year was a completely different color than the one pictured. Have spent the last two days visiting different nordstrom racks to see if I would fine this exact color and do an exchange to no avail. So frustrated as I have to travel.

Seat defective case
I ordered two of these cases. One of them came and was in perfect condition, the second one was damaged. I requested an exchange and Nordstrom's response was laughable. I couldn't exchange just one case. I had to send both back. I also had to PAY to send it back, even though my order was over $200, and their website says orders over $89 have free returns. She then told me to place a new order after I get my refund.
So to break it down, they sent me a defective suitcase and then charged me to send it back, and honestly expected me to place another order. Why? So I can go through all this again??
Save your time and money and purchase from a company that doesn't scam their customers.

Good luggage, terrible advertising sticker
The luggage itself is great. It carries so much safely. The only thing I didn't like was the gigantic sticker they put on it, advertising its light weight, that left Mike's of stickiness behind. That part was a fail.
