Absolutely LOVE this suitcase

I have had this 28” suitcase for 5-6 years and it has been used at least 25 times. It is lightweight, cavernous, expandable with zippered sections to keep everything organized and it holds 10+ days of clothes, shoes, toiletries. I also love the look because it is distinctive but not colorful. There is one small dent at a top corner due to rough handling by baggage handlers a few years ago (it looks like it was thrown or dropped on that corner), and a couple of light scuffs that are camouflaged by the finish, and this bag has stood up to a lot of abuse gracefully. I also have the carry-on of this model; it is just a smaller version with all the same organizational features and remains in pristine condition after at least 40 trips. My husband rarely needs a larger suitcase but I am about to buy the newer version (with the locks) so when he travels with me we’ll be all set.

Absolute Garbage

Bought this suitcase for a trip. Used it just once and got the suitcase checked at the airport. When I went to retrieve it at the terminal, the plastic handle snapped and would scratch my fingers when I push or pull the luggage. I also have a Tumi suitcase that has been abused through the airlines and while scuffed has retained perfect usable condition for the past 10 years and this luggage got absolutely destroyed in just one usage. That’s what I get for cheaping out and buying garbage luggage because I didn’t want to spend as much this time. Big mistake and I’ll never make that mistake again. Just bought myself another Tumi suitcase and will never cheap out again. Do not buy and just save up and buy better quality

Very nice and light, inside is great but one trip and extension zipper busted and corner smashed by ruthless baggage handlers. Very disappointed

Delivered 32", felt flimsy

They delivered the 32" rather than the 28" that I ordered. Worse yet is that the luggage feels very flimsy. The handles feel like they will pull off, the zipper not particularly smooth, and the body not very firm. Disappointed.
