Regret This Purchase - Bold™ By Travelpro® Computer Backpack
I am a frequent business traveler and bought this bag because it was attractive, roomy, and appeared to be very sturdy. I quickly found out that this bag will not fit under an aisle seat because the two side pockets make the bag too wide. If I have an aisle seat I have to empty each side pocket and it is still a tight squeeze. The velcro strap is difficult to maneuver as it sticks to all sides of the inner compartments. The large compartment is huge and seems like a waste of space given that the two front zipped compartments are too flat to comfortably place a mouse or power cord and associated gear. Finally, the polyester-like inner liner below the top handle has torn away from its seam after only a few months of use. I try to be easy on my luggage and equipment but suspect that the stitching was tight and that this outcome was inevitable as I often use the top handle to carry the bag which puts stress on the seam.

Replacing an earlier version
I had an “executive” version of Travelpros back pack that I used for more than a decade and loved, until the back straps frayed at the top stitching and threatened tearing completely.
This replacement is a little smaller has fewer side pockets and the computer sleeve rather than self contained is part of the large central pocket, though can be accessed via a rear zip. Yet to appreciate if the changes constitute real improvements or not. I do enjoy the new two tone color combo.

good backpack
I took the Backpack on a recent trip. It fit under all the seats, but it was a bit tight under the aisle seat, had to take my water bottle out. The sleave that holds the water bottle on the side is a bit short, it held my 20 oz bottle ok, but the material only came up halfway on the bottle.
Very happy with it and will use it again next week.
