Ok bagh

Beautiful, sleek, stylish bag. However, the handle is extremely flimsy. It's very hard to guide your bag on all four wheels with the handle. The wheels also don't seem to turn and roll well. Sometimes one of them gets stuck in one position until you mess around with it a little bit to get it in the proper alignment when you're switching directions.

Poor service

It was a worst case ever. The bag just been used for 30 days, and one of the wheels was not working. I returned it to store, and they said it wasn’t returnable because it was being used, and they can’t sell it anymore.

Nice backpack with lots of room

Lot of space. Ideal for overnight business trips. Great roller wheels. Can also be used as a backpack.
