Just like all the others..
I was sent the same brown boot as the other reviewers, nothing close to what I ordered. And to hear WE have to pay for return shipping…. Wow. Incredibly disappointing.

Wrong Shoe!
I ordered this shoe in burgundy and was so excited to get it! When I opened the package, it was a completely different boot and wrong size. I reached out to customer service and they helped me place another order of the shoe (I still had to pay again and have not been reimbursed for the original boots yet). I just opened my new package and again they sent the wrong shoe! I am very disappointed!!

Wrong shoes received
I dont know how can NR sent out so many wrong shoes to "replace" the burgundy boot we ordered. I'm so surprised to see this many reviews complaining about the same thing because I got sent the brown boots too & it's not even on my size. I wear a size 8 and they sent a size 6. Not that im keeping this boots but, Seriously????

Completely wrong thing sent
They sent me some ugly brown things with a chunky heel and big elastic piece up the side. They were nice on the phone about returning them, but the ones I actually wanted were sold out so guess I'll never know on these boots.
