size 8 way too big
I bought this skirt based on the size chart. It says for a 29 inch waist to order size 8 US. It falls all the way off my hips and to the floor it’s so big. My hips are 33 inches and this skirt slid right past my hips. I measured my waist where I wanted the skirt to be. I’m 5 feet 5 inches and 109 pounds. Even if it fit I would return it. It’s so cheap and it has massive wrinkles. It’s 100% cotton but it’s a rough, cheap 100% for sure. The material is not a quality product.
