Run Big
I’m almost always a 7, but these slip off my heels with every step. In order to make it work I think I would need a 6.5, but I’m concerned they will be too snug. Also, not great arch or heel support I expect from toms. These are going back

Great for Work
These are really cute and sturdy flats. I think they run true to size with a smidge of extra room. I got my usual 8.5 and I have a little wiggle room at the heel. These are 4.5 stars for me just because they rub a tiny bit across the top of my foot. Just a matter of breaking them in though. The insoles are cushioned and very comfortable. They work for a business casual office environment.

Actually very comfortable and stylish
I got the black ones in a size 9 I usually get a 9.5 in their original tom style but I got the size 9 in these and they are very nice. When walking, they have this heel noise a little too because the heel is wooden. Overall a nice pair of flats don’t see anything wrong with them

WAY too small
Never written a review before, but the world needs to know how small these shoes are. Always between a 7 & 7.5. Ordered a 7.5 and they were at least a full size too small or smaller. Order 1 or 2 sizes up I guess?
