Every once in a while you get lucky and find a product that is way past your expectations. These boots are exceptional and well worth the price. The fit is perfect, craftsmanship and leather quality is simply top notch. I'll be ordering another pair.

Stylish boot:wrong color
Very light weight, comfortable, nice lug sole but if you’re looking for a brown boot this isn’t it.

Like walking on air
The negative reviews complain about the color on the brown boot. I own the black ones and they're one of the best boots I've ever worn. I love the minimalist look, the combat soles, and the Doc Marten-inspired loop in the rear. I bought my first pair during the 2021 Anniversary Sale. Then I bought a friend a pair at over 60% off at the Rack and just ordered another pair in my size (11) just to have a spare at a remarkable price for a European-crafted combat boot with exceptional leather. I've recommended the Tobias to friends. Unlike my other boots with steel shanks, I don't have to remove these boots at TSA.

Back in Black
These fit the bill for a go-to black boot. A bit more upscale than Doc Martens but still has that lug sole rugged look. They are more shiny and less distressed than they appear in pictures, but should wear nicely in time. Everyone thinks I looked taller and thinner in them too, which is a benefit except for my girlfriend who likes me short and stout.
