I have bought many boots from timberland.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wore my last pair down to the separation between the sole and toe of the boot and I still wear them because they are comfortable. I finally broke down to buy a new pair. I am slowly breaking them in to replace the old ones.

WRONG COLOR
This shoe was nothing like they are displaying on the website. The shoe I thought I was receiving is something similar to the video from TikTok but what I received was a tan shoe. They really should correct the issue because it's very disappointing especially for almost 200 dollars. I'm definitely calling customer service first thing tomorrow to complain about false advertising. I know all the pink girlies are very upset if they ordered online!
