I got these for a gift and twice, they looked like they were marked up especially on the front toe area. They also were not wrapped in tissue. If I try returning and ordering again, I wonder if I’ll get another pair scratched up.

I did not receive my package at all.
I did not receive my package at all.
It took nearly a month for me to receive an email stating that it had been delivered, which is completely unacceptable.
This is the second time I have placed an order and experienced the exact same issue.
I am extremely disappointed and have completely lost trust in your service. At this point, I have no confidence that my order will ever arrive.
I expect this issue to be addressed immediately.

Big Shoes to Fill
The size 10s I got were a bit too roomy so I opted for 9.5s and they are snug. Hoping the leather will stretch after some time. My previous ones have lasted 20 years so I have great expectations!
