Too Much Volume

This skirt looks HUGE on, and the transition from the top to the second layer makes it look like there is padding around the middle section and hip area, which makes it very unflattering.

I like the color and the design, but...

This skirt looks nice. In my case—since I have wide hips—this garment adds volume and isn't flattering on me at all, so I agree with the review that says "It's ok." I’d say it’s a good buy if you want a skirt that adds volume to your hips.
