I am not sure is 00 is no longer a small size because all three items I purchased in 00 were huge. I was swimming in them. If you are petite like me, 5ft 90lbs be aware these are very big. Pants themselves are nice as far as style and fabric. Wish they fit or at least had the potential to be tailored but they are so big I dont think it will be worth it.
