Missing clips
Bought this as a gift for my daughter. When she went to take it out of the package the front two clips were missing. There is nothing holding them in the packaging. Make sure you check.

This kit is 100 % useful! The clips are big and make blow drying faster. The brush is so gentle on hair and works to smooth it out. And the spray makes my hair so soft. I also appreciate the light scent....it won't give me allergies or interfere with other pros. I hope Drybar makes this a staple kit. I could use more of these brushes and clips for travel too. Thanks to Nordstrom for carrying this! I have done hair, but a lot of it and the product works like a dream ...wet or dry.
