What it is: A lightweight serum that smooths frizz and flyaways.

What it does: Safe for color-treated and keratin-treated hair, this serum adds glossy shine and hydration, while keeping strands touchably soft.

How to use: Shake well before use. Pump a pea-sized amount into your palm and distribute evenly. Gently rake through hair with fingers from mid-lengths to ends on damp or dry hair. For fine or oily hair, start with less and build as needed.

Disappointed

First, I do not like the smell of this at all. Second, I have extremely baby fine hair and this product makes my hair very flat (even with using the root lift and thickening serum), it doesn't move freely and looks unnatural. I thought I used too much the first time, so tried it again (despite the smell). I used a LOT less (the amount was so small, I wondered if I was getting any product on my hair) and it still made my hair flat and unnatural. I am disappointed as I LOVE the other Kitsch products I use, but I won't be buying this one again.

A little too greasy for me.

I have used these types of leave in shine serums for years. I tried this 3 different times and still each time looked greasy. Decreasing amounts each time. I have fine blonde hair so maybe that is the problem?

True to it's name

I love the Shine Serum - - it truly puts a gloss on your locks. If you have fine hair like I do, I would recommend you not use a conditioner in addition to the shine if you want any body. Otherwise, I love the product.
