Cheap and company does not stand behind productq
Cheap, fell apart two weeks after use, stitching on strap came off. Was received as a gift but did not use immediately so Nordstrom Rack would not accept return, exceeded the return policy, was told to contact manufacturer to request guarantee of purchase but manufacturer never replied. Very disappointed and would not recommend this brand.

Handsome & a perfect size!
Nice deep tone of blue-goes well with lots of colors--and a very handsome style. Style also is efficient to separate out contents and is altogether going to be my favorite bag, I think!!

DONT BUY!!!
The strap popped while I was on my way home from work. Had only used the bag for about 2 weeks.
I just know not to order anything else from Nordstrom rack since they would sell a clearly defective item and not do anything to make up for the fact that I wasted my money on a bag I was only able to use for 2 weeks!!!

Not gray!!!
Gardenia just happens to be ivory. So bummed as I was really excited about this bag. Will check out the other ones by this brand to see if there is a true “gray” one.
