it broke
unfortunately one of the heads got unscrewed very first use, won’t stay on with using and keeps falling off which gets frustrating, great tool and good size but didn’t last long and it’s final sale so can’t return it.
will try to call customer service and see what they can do.

bad quality
When I opened the package excitedly, there was no sealed bag. I knew that I might buy a returned product at this price, but I didn't expect that it was a product that someone else had broken. The handle is made of metal, but the two rolling balls are plastic. It's not as good as buying a similar product on Amazon. Very disappointed! Can't return it! Not worth the price!!

I’ve several massaging tools like this one. What I really like about is that really sturdy. I think it will never break. And it is not light. But seems it does it’s job very well.
