Nordstrom Rack is now using a service called TForce. TForce did not deliver my package, they said it was "unsafe to deliver" this is a lie. I have never had an issue with FedEx, UPS or OnTrac. Very disappointed I'll never end up getting my package. Nordstrom customer service did not help at all.

This is a lovely bag. The leather is soft and the brass hardware looks very nice. It is a smaller bag but it works for me. I'm glad I bought it, it's my daily bag for this season.
