Leather Handbag

I was so excited to expect this shipment, it took over a week. I even call a few days prior to ship date to make sure it was on its way. When the shipment arrived I was so disappointed to have received a pair of Wit & Wisdom Ab solution lux touch jeans. I immediately called customer service where I received no real solution or answer, other than to take the pants back a NR store in order to receive refund. To my luck the bag is now sold out. I then asked why was I shipped this item and not just cancelled my order. (?) no clue there! If the order was cancel due to out of stock then it would have avoided me the inconvenienced of having to get a refund. I was offered nothing other than two options- return to store for faster refund or ship back for processing. In this case IMO it’s safer to go into store than take the risk or being scammed again. Not sure how this happens, but it did and I didn’t get no handbag at the end of the day! No discount codes for future shopping . No accommodations for order mishap or customer service is sub par IMO . I’m Just overall disappointed with this shopping experience and the fact I won’t get the bag I bought for a Mother day gift adds to the disappointment on this. :/
