Cubic Zirconia Eternity Band Ring

I returned two of these rings in the same pkg. and to date, I have only been credited for one. I accidentally placed an order for 2 and the rings, while very pretty were way too large. It was one pkg with two separate jewelry bags each containing one ring. I am counting on Nordstrom to make this good. Either your employee didn’t pay close attention or someone kept the second ring.
