Misleading country of origin
It's advertised Made in Spain, when it actually is Made in Vietnam. The finish and the quality of the leather feels cheap, thin, not very sturdy nothing like other SW I have purchased in the past from NR that were actually Made in Spain.

Perfect fit, but received used show
The shoe fit my wife perfectly, but it was clearly used by somebody else. Both soles had dirt and the leather was wrinkled. And came in a Steve Madden shoe box. Will be returning it unfortunately, very disappointed.

So disappointed
I didn’t even put the shoes on. They came in a Nordstrom rack shoe bag. No box. Obviously worn on the bottom. Not what you expect for paying almost $200 for a shoe. I have never experienced this before. If this is what Nordstrom Rack has become, I will no longer be ordering. It’s easy to tell with shoes. I’m starting to wonder about the clothes. Maybe they’ve been worn also.
