Barelythere Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

I got these because I thought they were so beautiful. I love buying stuff here but what I received was a pair of heels in a transparent bag, like a trash bag, no box, nothing. They even have scratches all over like someone used them and returned. I would like to return them but they were on last sale no returns. Definitely awful experience and make sure to check the items before because it’s a nightmare, how am I supposed to use them when they have scratches and look like a 5 dollar shoes? Dang.
