What it is: A limited-edition collection of matte, muted-neon and pastel liquid eye liners that add precision color to any look.

What it does: The flexible, delicate felt-tip applicator lays down a superfine dose of pastel pigment to allow for the most intricate graphic designs. The waterproof, transfer-proof formula glides on smoothly and dries quickly for smudge-resistant, all-day wear. From soft-neon yellow and pastel pink to soothing lavender and mesmerizing blue, Stila's award-winning liquid eye liner is ready to make a splash.

How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along lash line. Use the tip of the pen to create a thin, clean line. For a thick, bold line, position pen at an angle and apply with slightly more pressure. Build to intensify color. Store horizontally for best performance.
