Highly Offended
I ordered a 7 1/2 by mistake and should've ordered an 8. I saw there was one 8 left and ordered it and returned the 7 1/2 (which came in its shoe box, brand new). NOW what I got was USED pumps that didn't' come in its shoe box but put in a PLASTIC envelope that had no protection whatsoever. Not sure if the scruff marks on the heel was from the handling of it through the mail (as it was crammed into my mailbox and I had to drag it out and I'm sure i scraped the shoe) or it was like that. Disappointing. The shoe is beautiful though.

Real or Counterfeit?
So this shoe is drop dead gorgeous but it does run a bit small, by about half size. The good news is I was able to reorder the previously sold out size 8 to swap for my 7.5. Curiously my pair does not have the Steve Madden pendant on the sole that is clearly visible and the picture. Could these be fake?
