Received boots with scuff marks
I received these boots with scuff marks on the suede material and they cannot be cleaned - because they were final sale, I cannot return - very wrong that they would send out seemingly used merch.

Beware size chart
Great boots, beautifully made. However, their size chart is incorrect. I am normally a 9.5-10. But, my foot measurement put me at an 11 on their size chart. So, I went with it. Bought them on clearance so I can't return. But, I love the quality and price. So, I am still happy with my purchase

love them but cheaply made
I loved these boots I only had them for a month before one of the heels completely snapped. I’m not sure if it was a manufactured error but for the price they are cheaply made.
