Make sure to collect expensive items at a store!
I am currently in correspondence with Nordstrom about this jacket. The moment I collected the box from my porch it felt too light to have any contents and I was correct. The box had been sealed with 2 small pieces of tape at the front, nothing along the sides/edges easily allowing someone to pull the jacket out of the box. I called Nordstrom within 30 minutes of it being delivered and I was informed that the refund department would contact me within 1 business day. This did occur and I was informed that a refund has been denied. I have responded with all the images showing the box as it was delivered to me. This came from Daly City, California and was sent through USPS - I have requested a full investigation as there must be weight tracking by the delivery service and cameras monitoring the packers and handlers through transit. I am asking for the jacket to be sent to a store for me to collect or for a refund to be issued.
