Arrived CRUSHED
I am SUPER disappointed in Nordstrom! They send this bracelet in a tiny PLASTIC bag - NO BOX! As a result, the bracelet was crushed. STUPID!
I have ALWAYS had good experiences with Nordstrom, and this really tarnished their reputation (with me). WHAT IN THE WORLD were they thinking? (Obviously they did not care- I am SO shocked!).
