Wrong color sent
Don’t purchase the gold necklace you’ll just waste your time as they’ll send you the silver one and you’ll have to deal with disappointment and returns. Doesn’t even come from Nordstrom...

I thought this was solid gold.....title very misleading as it is only 14k overlay, otherwise cute necklace, just wish it was real gold.

Although the necklace looks nice. Description is very misleading. It’s not 14k gold. The stamp in the back said 925 which is sterling silver rating. I’ll be returning it.

My recent purchase
Hi , I ordered three of the necklaces and a 18kt heart bracelet , it was my frnds bday gift ,, unfortunately the bracelet was varnished , I had to give her as is , since I m not going to post office to return it anywhere coz of the covid situation, but I m very disappointed, necklaces 2 are fine and one the lock is missing !! Also it says 14 kt gold but the shipment recipt says it’s sterling silver ,, so I don’t know now ,, I think I have waisted my money and , all of those are gifts and I have to buy them better gifts now , usually I m always happy with my Nordstrom purchase but this was very upsetting !
