Great compression but they do roll down
These have great compression and feel super secure and supportive during a workout. If you’re going to be upright (eg running, weights, etc.) they’re great, but if you’re doing anything where you’re bending a lot (like rowing) you’re going to have issues with the top portion folding over/rolling down. It’s not as bad as other pairs I’ve had, but still annoying during a workout.

Nice, but returned
My first Spanx try, so - the length IS on me, the 7/8 was shorter than I hoped (I am short), the fabric a little thin for me in New England, was hoping a little thicker. The fit, could not decide, another reason they were returned.
