So good in so many ways!
I ordered the wrong size (100% my fault) and when I was returning them (such an easy process!!) I walked through and found the same shoes is one size bigger and the fit was PERFECT!! I was so excited! Love the comfort. And they are so cool to wear - looking and feeling. Perfect for traveling!!

Received wrong order
Ordered size nine in this shoe, received box stating it was a size nine. Shoes inside box were a 71/2!? Very disappointing, will not order online again. Lost confidence in your ability to execute correct orders.

So so small
I’m bummed at Sorel. I have a pair of kinetic slip on shoes that did wonders for me when I was experiencing severe foot pain. I am a size 9.5 in those. I ordered these expecting to be use these right away and they are soooo small. I tried my original shoe on again at the same time and still a good fit, so this shoe runs small. I’ve ordered 8 pairs of Sorel shoes and only been able to keep one. The sizing in these shoes is all over the place.

Very Cute Athletic Mules
I purchased the blue Kinetic Impact ll Sorel mules and absolutely love them. They are so cute and comfortable. I feel like they run a bit small, so you might want to consider ordering a size up. Overall, I am pleased with my purchase and highly recommend.
